Membership Terms and Conditions

• You can start to take advantage of your membership discounts the day that you sign up. 
• 186 Aesthetics Membership savings can only be used at 186 Aesthetics. 
• The monthly fee for 186 Aesthetics Membership is $99 and a one-time enrollment fee of $100.
• Memberships have a 12-month minimum term, automatically renewing each year. After the initial term, memberships become month-to-month.
• To cancel after the initial 12-month term, provide a 30-day written notice to support@186aesthetics.com
• The initial membership is for a 12-month minimum term. The membership renews automatically annually unless a notice is provided. After the initial 12-month minimum term, the membership becomes a month-to-month term. We understand that life happens, so, if you move more than 100 miles from 186 Aesthetics, you may cancel your membership, but you have to provide proof of your move (utility bill with your new address). If you voluntarily terminate your membership prior to your initial 12 months (without a move), you are subject to a $350 early termination fee. 
• Your membership starts on the day you sign up and renews monthly. Discounts and benefits also renewed monthly
• If you cannot use your monthly $99, you may bank it. Your bank will accrue to a cap of $594 (6 months total).
• Membership pricing and offers are non-transferable and for the member’s use only.
• Discounts don’t apply to training or modeling.
• If a membership fee is returned, the balance must be paid before services and discounts can be used again.
• The membership fee must be paid by a credit card and cannot be paid using a gift certificate, rewards points, or with medspa credit. 
• Members can not purchase gift cards with their membership balance. 
• Appointment, provider, and service availability aren’t guaranteed.
• Members agree to follow 186 Aesthetics policies.
• Membership payments are non-refundable.
